Questions, answered
How long do you keep my photos?
Photos and results are kept for 1 year. There is no sign-in, so nothing is tied to a name or an email.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, anytime. Delete any result from your library in the app, or ask support to delete your data.
What if a generation fails?
The credits are refunded automatically and the app tells you so. You never pay for a result you did not get.
Which AI does Pixel Potion use?
Your photo or prompt is sent for processing to Replicate and KieAI, which run models from Google (Nano Banana, Veo), Black Forest Labs (FLUX), ByteDance (Seedream), Kuaishou (Kling) and Topaz Labs (Upscale Pro). The Magic Prompt helper uses Anthropic. The app asks for your consent before the first generation, and the privacy policy has the details.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. Pixel Potion has no sign-in and no subscription. You buy credit packs when you want them, through the App Store.
